Epcot emh and WS

As I understand it, only part of the WS is open during EMH--specifically, Mexico and Norway. My question, we're having a late dinner at Chefs de France (8:50pm) on an Epcot EMH night. We probably won't finish until 10:00pm. Will we be able to walk from France to the rest of Epcot? Will things be roped off (I've seen them this way sometimes during MK e-ride nights)?

Yes, you will be able to walk from France to the open areas of WS. You may not be able to go "the long way around" (via Morocco, Japan, AA, Italy, etc); you will probably be ushered the shorter way, via UK and then to Canada.

Shops and attractions will not be "roped off", but they also won't be open.

We were there for EMH the other evening. The walkway around the lake was completely open until about 10:30p, at which point there was a CM turning people back. We started on the Mexico side and were turned back at US.
