Epcot EMH (AM) from The Boardwalk

I apologize if this has been answered already... but I'm wondering if anyone can tell me whether or not the WS entrance is open for Epcot's EMH (AM)?
If it's not open, does that mean that there's a bus running to the front entrance from BWI?

Any info is appreciated!!!

You can go in through the International Gateway. You just walk to the future world section. They will make you go to the left upon entering but you can take your time and stroll over to the future world side.
