Epcot early entry

Okay, last post on this subject. (Thanks Robo for clarifying my question.) I've decided we will use a cab. Having never done this before at Disney, a few questions:

1) What is the procedure for getting a cab at BWI?
2) How long will it take for the cab to show up?
3) I'm guessing no more than 10 minutes to Epcot by cab, so if we leave the BWI at 8, we should be at the front gate by 8:15, correct?

1) If there is not one waiting outside the main entrance, ask a CM to call for one.

2) From instantly available... up to 10-15 minutes.

3) Yes.

Thank you. It sounds like the $15 is worth me not stressing out over this, especially after last April's MK RD plan got derailed by non-functioning monorails.

Well, we took a taxi to the front gate and it paid off. Once inside the turnstiles, the crowd split up with half going left for TT and the other half going right for Soarin'. There was a CM stopping people and explaining that Soarin' was open early and letting small groups go at a time. Inside, I grabbed Fastpasses and then we got in line. We were off the ride with Fastpasses in hand by 9 am. We headed over to TT and rode standby. By the time we got off it was time for another FP. Had both rides done with a FP for each by 9:45. This is a HUGE advantage when they use this procedure. I'm glad we took the Taxi.
