Here is some info and a photo of the space: http://www.disneyfoodblog.com/2015/...to-epcot-food-and-wine-festival-chase-lounge/ It's a small space so there is a CM at the ground-floor entrance and a wait to be allowed in. Even on days when F&W was not that crowded there was a 10 minute wait. It's a great place to cool off but there is very limited seating as you can see in the photo. It's worth going up though, just to see the venue and enjoy the view from up there. So if you happen to be in Epcot during F&W, check it out.so the chase lounge....not to change subjects....is that for Disney chase card holders, or any chase card member?
I used both two years ago - I *think* the concert wristband was for all Chase visa holders and the specia ulluminatuons viewing area was for Disney Chase Visa only ... But they aren't avaiable every night and its a limited number - first come, first served. The Chase Lounge was open to all Chase Card Holders.
They also offered wristbands for the Eat to the Beat concerts for priority entry and had a IllumiNations viewing area (one of these was Disney Visa only, but I don't recall which as we didn't use either).
My guess is that it may be similar to TOTWL -- members can bring guests who are staying in the same room.I'm curious if DVC members will be allowed to brings guests with them to the lounge. DH and I will be vacationing with two friends. We are all staying at OKW, with our stay being on points and our friend's being on the awesome UK deal.
we're there 14th - 30th, keeping my fingers crossed it is opened by then. So, any thoughts on what "late spring" means? I'll be there May 15 - 22, which is 2/3s through spring ....

Sorry, that's not correct. "People who are in that Member’s traveling party and staying on that Member’s reservation are also eligible to visit Top of the World Lounge. At least one Member in the traveling party must accompany the group...."I thought it was any guest for totwl, not just guests staying with a dvc member in a dvc room. Maybe I'm wrong?
That is the Figment building so you had it right.located in the Imagination! Pavilion in Future World at Epcot.

I am not sure how we will get to the lounge, perhaps enter through the gift shop exit? And then how would we get to the upper level? My memory is real hazy about that upper area.
I know when we went up to that area during a Future World tour we went up staircases- I think near the area at the beginning of the line but I know they also have an elevator in the gift shop that accesses the 2nd floor.

The elevator and a staircase are in the current gift shop area (stairs wrap the elevator). Then, there used to be escalators that headed there that are to the immediate left of the current line queue or, if you walked straight in the doors without turning, you'd walk into them as they're that wall that's right there as you enter. If you go left at the attraction entrance and follow the path that leads to the gift shop, I believe you are walking around the escalators.
This is stretching my memory quite a bit, so I think that's right.
Here is a picture that shows the spiral staircase wrapping the elevator that are now in the gift shop (you cans see the current exit off to the right and what I believe is the original attraction unload to the left where two people are walking):

This isn't the best picture, but you can see the top of the escalator on the far side:
