Epcot during Evening Magic Hours?

We currently have our Epcot day planned to take advantage of EMH from 9-11 pm. I'm wondering if this is a good plan because I am not sure what is open for the world showcase?
Opinions?

"Most" everything will be open with some possible exceptions.

The "most likely" shops not to stay open for PM EMh or to close early are the huge stores in China and Japan.

I love to tour the Showcase during PM EMH-feels "laid back".

Some of the shops and food/beverage kiosks will not be open. Some of the restaurants may be open but some will close.

World Showcase is absolutely LOVELY after Illuminations. When there for the evening EMH, we don't bother with rides, we just leisurely stroll, perhaps enjoy a snack, or better, a beverage, and soak in the atmosphere!
