Epcot Dessert Party Dilema

Hi All,

We have a party of 20 people in total and can't decided on our location for the dessert part at Epcot. Our initial choice would have been UK Lockside (lower) however this is already spoke for on our required date.

We don't wish to change the date so our choice appears to be between UK Upper or Morocco (we ideally want seating available which rules out Norway).

Does anyone have any feedback on either UK Upper or Morocco, we are currently planning based on UK Upper however really unsure :confused3

Where is the best view? :flower3:

hi there! we have max 15 people in our dessert party and Morocco has been suggested to us BUT i have recently read in different places that the lighting is bad there so im going to ask to change. Hope that is of some help.

We had UK Upper a couple of weeks ago for our wedding and the view was great...not QUITE as good as lower but it was still fantastic. Our guests all loved it! I find the Morocco space too narrow - I don't like how it's situated...

I just saw the UK Upper last week, and its nice! It has seating but umbrellas, so not everyone will be able to sit and watch, but the show is only 15 minutes or so. I didn't see Morocco so I can't compare it.

I've been to a DP at Morocco and didn't find it any darker there than at our DP at UK Lower—and UK Upper can't be that much brighter considering all those umbrellas shading the place. My main beef with UK Upper when they tried to put us there was those dang umbrellas. I know they mustn't block the view of the fireworks or else they wouldn't hold DPs there, but I just didn't like the idea of them looming over us the whole time. As it worked out, UK Lower became available about 30 days out and we were able to switch—you might wanna check on that as you get closer to your date.

I didn't find Morocco to be too narrow or too dark. It's not right up in the fireworks like UK Lower, but neither is UK Upper. And the view is pretty dang good! Plus, it has way more built-in atmosphere than either of the UK terraces.

I will try to post a few pics of Morocco and more when we get the pics from Disney. Everyone loved the location at Morocco and the built-in-atmosphere. We had high boy tables and sit down tables. The majority of the guests sat on the benches/stone wall.

The majority of the guests stayed in this location and we were not crowded. We had around 22 people/kids. Between the tables, high boys and the wall there were several seating options.

Hi there! Quick question, how did you get to wear your dress in a park?! Its beautiful btw.

Anyone having an official Disney's Fairy Tale Wedding event in the park can wear their bridal gown, but they will need to be escorted in or transported backstage. :thumbsup2

maywedding-thanks for you compliment
