Epcot Country Tours?

I read somewhere about Tours you can take at each country.

Is this something you sign up for or is it a walk up tour? Is there any cost involved?

What's your favorite country to tour?

The only country that I have ever heard of that does it's own tour is Morocco. I have not done it, but probably will.
