Have Mickey, Minnie, and Goofy still been at the Character Spot in Epcot recently?

That's exactly who we saw two weeks ago.

I believe they are the ones that are always at the Character Spot, at least the 3 of them are who we have seen there the past 2 years

Those are the three regulars. If one unexpectedly becomes unavailable you may catch Pluto or Max, but that is rare.
