Epcot bus stops

My son is a train freak and is excited about riding the monorail. We are staying at Caribbean Beach and on our firt evening we have an ADR at the Grand Floridian Cafe. So since CB is close to Epcot I thought we would take a bus to Epcot, monorail to MK, and then monorail to GF. My question is does the bus from the resort drop you off at the front of Epcot near the monorail station or the world showcase entrance?

It drops you off at the front entrance. The monorail goes from Epcot to the TTC. From there you can take the Monorail to the GF.

Yes, you can walk from the bus stops to the monorail fairly easily.

Yes that is the original monorail. I believe in the late 90's is when they made the other monorail from the TTC to Epcot.

I may be crazy but I think the TTC-Epcot monorail has been around ever since Epcot opened.

I think bdklein was specifying the resort monorail so the OP didn't take the express monorail, which only goes between the TTC and MK. I didn't think to specify that in my original post. The monorail from the TTC to Epcot has been there since Epcot was built.

Yup. We were there in early November 1982 (EPCOT opened on Oct 1, 1982) and the EPCOT monorail was definitely operating at that time.

In fact, it opened before Epcot. Disney offered round trip sightseeing excursions from TTC to view Epcot under construction.
