EPCOT - Best Place to Eat & Watch Illuminations?

Which is the best seat in the house? (with good food, reasonable prices)

We have PS at Rose and Crown for 7:30 for this Saturday!! (WOW! I like saying that!) I heard this is a great place to watch Illiminations! We shall see!

Rose and Crown is a great place to eat and enjoy Illuminations but they won't promise you and outside view, it's the luck of the draw.
I personally like grabbing something at the Mexico quick service place and getting a table along the water. You will have to find a table early, usually about 1 hour before the fireworks because people grab their tables and don't leave. But it is one of the best views.
I also have grabbed something quick and sat up on the balcony of the Japan restaraunt. Not the best view because of that big Red artwork thing in the water but you can see most everything.
My favorite place to se Illuminations though is to the left of the Ring carvers booth. A great view and really close to the Margarita booth. Peggie
