I’d love to see as much of the world showcase as possible, but realize the 3 and 7 yr old may be less interested in watching us eat and drink! Which pavilions would you skip and which are a must, especially for the kids? Also, we are going during food and wine-end of September. Any must try drinks? and how/where do you get drinks? Are there little stands set up for the festival or is it just specials at the existing food places?
Also, we are starting at the boardwalk inn, so I plan one full day at Epcot plus I have one hopper ticket so I thought we could head back one evening for dinner and a stroll.
Thanks all!

There is Kidcot Fun Stop, and there is a stop at each of the pavilions. Here's a link that gives you the run down..

Food and Wine is a huge production...

So much to choose from.... and explore really interesting options.
Each kiosk created to look like the country is represents, and each has a kitchen that is really making food... There is alot to see and do at any of the festivals, food and wine is the biggest.

You might want to spend sometime looking at menu's and what is offered, events happening, music and other entertainment around the world showcase...

Do you know when a menu or schedule of events is typically released? And will there be a map or something to help us find everything?
Thanks!

My 20 month old loved Epcot, we'll see what she thinks when she's 5.

If meet and greets are back, Epcot is a far better place to meet characters.

There's some nice gardens in Canada, the trains in Germany and hopefully some of the performers will be returning.

We're very much Epcot people though so our kids are stuck with it whether they like it or not.

My kids love all the pavilions! There is so much to see and do in each of them. Definitely try to find the Kidcot station in each country, that's like a scavenger hunt in and of itself. Mexico of course has the 3 Caballeros ride and FEA in Norway. The Mitsukoshi store in Japan is really fun to explore and the Kakigori (shaved ice) in Japan is also so yummy.

I loved Epcot as a kid! I vividly recall buying the passport from the merch store and getting it stamped in every country. It was so neat! I'm hoping my 4.5 year old will appreciate it too when we go. I kind of want to leave the 2 year old back at the resort lol.

My daughter was almost 2 when we went, she loved Epcot. Mainly because the paths were wide and she could get out of the stroller and walk. And pre-covid there were characters EVERYWHERE.

My son was 6 for this trip (June 24-29) and he did not love going around the world with us - he kept begging to go ride the rides in Future World. We tried to engage him in the countries, we did collect the cards at each Kid Stop, rode any rides at countries - but he still was bored. I let him have my phone a lot that day! It can be tough on them if they are adventurous and would rather do big rides... Maybe bring activity books, or something for them to play with while eating and drinking around the world. That said - it is still worth doing! Good luck - be prepared.
