Epcot Area Boats

When I was there this summer, the boats were not traveling up to DHS. They only went to Epcot and the resorts. Is this still the case? Thanks.

That was for a limited time during the bridge repair. The boats have been running to DHS for a while now. We rode it from DHS to Epcot earlier this month.
