epcot and san angel?

Myself my Dh and my kids are going to be going to epcot on Dec 11 and all we could get was san angel should we keep it or keep trying? I have been looking through the reviews on here and now I am nervous. I tried Italian and coral reef but they are both booked from 5 till 9pm which is to late for my kids. ANy ideas?

I love San Angel, but if you want a change try the Biergarden - it's very good and the entertainment is first rate!

We had lunch there last month. I have never eaten there before and was prepared not to like it, but the food, service, and atmosphere were great.

Don't worry! If you obviously like Mexican type of foods, you will find plenty on the menu to satisfy.

For me, this is my fav. place to eat in EPCOT. I just like the atmosphere, the Mariachi bands that play there, and the I like Mexican so the food is great to me.

I leave tommorow for Disney and cannot wait to get there!!!!!!!

Don't be nervous, I was scared to try it on my last trip after reading the boards but we went for it anyway and were so happy we did! We picked it mostly for the atmosphere, but ended up loving the food too!

This is my favorite restaurant in WDW - you will definitely enjoy it! Both food and atmosphere are great!

Not to worry, we love the San Angel Inn....always have a good experience there! In fact, we'll be there on Dec. 11th just like you! Perhaps we'll see some lime green in the crowd???

DH and I like that restaurant too, but I don't recommend it while pregnant! LOL

We liked San Angel - atmosphere and food. I'm glad I ignored the bad reviews and tried it for myself.

We really liked San Angel, the atmosphere is amazing (I kept forgetting I was inside a building) and the food was really good. Our server was a little slow but nothing to complain about as we got our food on time and plenty of refills.

Other favs in Epcot (besides Coral Reef and Tutto Italia - which you say you can't book though) are La Cellier (might be booked up though) and I have heard that Teppan Edo and Nine Dragons are really good if you like Japanese/Chinese food
