Epcot and MK AM EMH Arrival Time

We like to be belly up to the rope. We are going to Epcot AM EMH next week. For regular hours, we always arrive 1 hour before park open. Do we need to be at Epcot that early or maybe closer to 30 - 45 minutes before EMH opening?

I am assuming we would still need to arrive at the entrance to MK an hour before open even if it is an EMH - yes?

With the higher crowd levels these days, I'd expect to see more guests than you're used to.

Thank you! I do "belly up" so I do indeed "have to". I would have been sweating bullets if I showed up late to EMH RD.
