We are arriving the Friday before the last weekend of F&W. Since we are staying at an Epcot resort, we had hoped to go there first. But, I know that Saturdays are supposedly insane. But what about Sundays? Are they just as crowded? Thanks in advance!

Sundays are not usually as crowded, BUT, why not go both days? That's what I'd do, but then again we'll be there for the first seven weeks - offsite of course.

Sundays are crowded. Not as crowded as Saturdays. Nothing is as crowded as Saturdays (although Friday nights come close.) Actually, every evening is now crowded, but Saturday and Friday night still take the cake.

We were there on the last day of F&W, a Sunday, several yrs. ago, and it was a madhouse. It was hard to walk around WS, and this was in the afternoon. We had kids with us, so it made it harder to navigate around all the people wandering around enjoying their drinks. I would imagine unfortunately for you that the whole weekend will be very busy, since it is the last chance for people to go, and lots of locals come on the weekends anyway. Since you are staying right there, you can always go for a while, and if its crowded, you can always go back to your resort and take a break and go back in later, or hop to another park.

We tried going the last day during the afternoon last year. Too packed to enjoy it. We left and had some pool time until dinner. When we went back it was much less crowded and virtually no lines for the food. It was fun!

Thanks everyone! I think we'll do Future World Saturday morning and go back for World Showcase Monday afternoon (THE last day). Hopefully, since that is a weekday, it won't be such a madhouse!

We went Sunday night and Monday afternoon - the last 2 days of F&W last year. We had a great time. There were a lot of people but it was easy to walk around (as opposed to week after Christmas where you walk on top of people at MK). The lines were very quick (10 min top at the most popular ones, most had no line). There was room at tables or benches to sit if we wanted. One of the bathroom lines took forever- that was the only issue we had. Now it was just the 2 of us so that may make a difference (our first couple's trip - highly recommend by the way!). Monday afternoon was pretty hot and we did enjoy the air conditioner/free drinks in the Chase lounge. We just didn't find the crowd level to be a problem (except for the potty issue).

@LuvDaisy&Minnie - thanks for that report! DH and I have been fortunate enough to have experienced both WDW and DLR couples-only. (Even though we have kids at home!) SUCH a difference itraveling without kids!

We ended up at EPCOT on the very last day of F&W a couple of years ago and knew we would have to contend with crowds and long lines. What helped us was to lookup the booth menus before we left so that we could strategize - which booths to hit, which ones we wouldn't mind skipping. Then we would split up and each take a line and meet back up with our goodies. In one afternoon, we got to try almost everything we really wanted to.
