EPCOT ~*~ a Shortcut from GATE to TEST TRACK?

I'm leaving in a few dyas and I'm working on my final touring plans for each day.

I seem to remember that there is a 'short cut' from the opening gate/rope to test track. It seems like we cut through a shop or something last time and were way ahead to the bunch.

Well, the way to Test Track you go between a couple shops like a tunnel area between Mickey Gears and Electric Umbrella I believe. It's to the left once you get inside. Takes you right to Test Track. Is this what you mean, or a different way?

If you go through the main gate just like everyone else...there is no shortcut.

We have walked through the fast food restaurant while everyone else walks around it that is near that area (can't remember the name) as a shortcut to Test Track. Not sure if you can still do it now though. HTH Rebecca

Cut through the Electric Umbrella, that will shave off a few seconds.

I would like to know the quickest way too.

The shortest way there is to cut through innovations east. When you get to the other side turn right and MS and TT should be sraight ahead. This way keeps you out of the crowded walkway in between the stores.
