EP/HS day

We plan to do a mainly Epcot day with HS for evening day next month. We are staying off site (but AP holders). I prefer not to move the car as we have 2 littles and a big stroller and the walk or boat ride is great "nap" time.

So, is it possible to make back to Epcot parking after Fantasmic?

Or should we just park at HS and boat to Epcot in the morning? (And what time does the boat start running?)
