Ok maybe I am overanalyzing this, but we are arriving tomorrow and planned Sunday EP due to its 10pm close.. Seems that is the only day next week with one extra hour. Will this one hour make crowds much more larger? I recall back in the day the 9-11pm hours made it crazy.. Wondering if we give up that extra hour and choose a differnt park, we win in the end with much less crowds..

We don't really know but my experience with MK in the past was later hours = more people but, that was also when the park closed early a few night's a week for parties.

I feel in general a park staying open late = more people. Add to that it's Epcot you're asking about on a Saturday night during Food and Wine festival and yes, it will be busy.

we are at Caribbean beach right now so we have hopped into Epcot a lot for food and wine. Fridays and Saturday nights are really busy, Sunday nights even with the 10pm close haven’t been near as busy.
