Entry doors at AKL

I cant seem to find an answer via photos online..lol

Are the doors to your room Motel style (like at POP)
or Hotel style (like at AOA)

There are interior corridors with doors inside. This is the way all luxury resorts are set up. That way you get a balcony! Value and mods have the motel style entry (except suites in A0A).

This is correct for AKL but not quite accurate. SSR and OKW are grouped in separate buildings like the moderates. But they also have balconies or patios.

It isn't separate buildings that make a resort motel style, but the exterior doors leading to the individual rooms. Luxury resorts such as the Poly have separate buildings for the rooms, but are not 'motel style' either. Hotels have interior corridors with entrances to rooms inside off those interior corridors. Motels have exterior walkways with entrances to the rooms directly from the outdoors. Motels do not have balconies.

At least, that is my understanding and meaning. I apologize for being unclear in my earlier post.

In all actuality....SSR and OKW do have exterior hallways. The doors into the villas open to the exterior hallways. It's one of the few things I'm not crazy about when staying at these two resorts. The hallways at SSR are sort of interior but not really. If it's been stormy, you will find leaves and debris all along the hallways...even those further inside!
