Entree only for QS locations?

Is it possible to order entree only at QS locations to save some money? We carry snacks and drinks so we don't really have a need for extras with our meals. I just was curious if anyone has done it and how much it saved them off of the combo. Thanks!

Drinks are normally separate at QS for adult offerings, you may be able to save a few dollars by not getting the fries. You can also save some money by ordering a kids meal if you are not big eaters, I do not think you can "separate" out a kids meal.

I sometimes order a kids meal if they have something good (i.e. a little healthy - like the salmon at Sunshine Seasons).

I often order just an entree. Last time, at Riviera, I just ordered a sandwich. I had a refillable mug, thus no beverage. And I was taking the Skyliner to get dessert at Boardwalk Bakery. Didn't think twice.

Btw. Realize I don’t think you can order the kids entree only. I think the meals come as a set? For Adult meals, those don’t come as a combo usually so it doesn’t matter

Wondering if this person is thinking of how the dining plan used to work in that you ordered an entree or “combo” plus drink. Just look at the QS menus and you will see how the ordering works. Sandwiches may come with fries and other entrees may come with a vegetable or something, but no adult meals come with dessert or drink.

It used to be the case that if a sandwich came with a side, you could order it without the side and they'd take off a couple dollars. I don't know if that's the case anymore; I haven't tried it recently. With mobile ordering it's already next to impossible to customize anything.

You can't with the kids meals but they usually come with sides that are portable. I like to get the kids cheeseburger pod at Satu'li as a snack/add on to a bowl sometimes and I generally get the bottled water and cuties to throw in my park bag for later.

Agreed. Hubby and I routinely share a QS meal, and our saying is, "If it's not enough to fill us up, well, that's what they make Mickey Bars for".
