Have a look, ET rate gets you really great room deals that open and close in the blink of an eye so you pretty much have to watch every day starting as soon as the idea enters your mind that you *might* be going...we got ET rate for 2 weeks in October 2012 for $69 a night for deluxe building 2 room! Here is the link to the hojo site, you just have to watch, call "In-House reservations" directly when your dates open up and you don't actually have to show your ET card until you get there so you can book without card but just MAKE SURE you have it when you go...otherwise you don't get the deal.

If you are just using the ET rate to book hotel, then just use the book for where you live. If you want the book for your travel to Anaheim (we never got to use even 1/8 of the coupons) then yes, orange county is the book...to make sure just enter zip of "92802" and it brings up the Orange county book.
