If I booked a package (hotel & air) through a travel agent,
can I show the Entertainment Card once I check in and receive the discounted room rate, and then get some money back?

Can I use the Entertainment Card for upgrades once at the resort?
For example, I book a bay view (pre-paid), but once at the resort I ask to be upgraded to a Deluxe and since I have the card, I get the Deluxe room at a discounted "upgrade" rate.

I have never heard of that happening. Once it's paid in full, it's paid in full. Also they will not upgrade with the entertainment card.

The Entertainment Rate is only available at certain times. It depends on how full the hotel is booked. You have to call and ask if the entertainment rate is available for the dates you want and if it is BOOK the room at that rate. You can not just walk in when you register and show the card and get the discount rate. The card does not work the same at hotels as it does at restaurants.
