Entertainment card at Trattoria del Porto

Has anyone ever used the entertainment card at Trattoria del Porto? Since there are very few items on the dinner menu that are under $16, do they deduct the $16 from the cheaper entree price or do you have to choose one of the few entrees that are $16 or less?

Also, if we opt for lunch, can we get it to go?

In the Orlando 2004 (04EE0153). There's not a coupon. It's one of the restaurants where you have to have your entertainment card stamped. It's on page A45 in the book. Hope this helps!

How does this work?? If I have an Entertainment card from Chicago that has NO stamps on it, can I use that? How do they tell the difference?
