entertainment book question

Does anyone know which books have the rainforest cafe coupons in them? I found them on ebay and they are clearly from the EB, they expire in 2010. I would prefer to have the whole book vs. paying for the coupons.

The Atlanta book doesn't and I'm wondering which book to buy that does. I assume it's the states that have one nearby? Does the Orlando one? Thanks!

I just checked the Entertainment Book website and looked at the Orlando book. There is one in there for 15% off your retail purchase.

The Phoenix book has a glossy sheet in the front section of the book with 2 coupons: $5 of $20 and 15% off store mdse. The book is $30.

I'd go with the Birmbaum book once you get to Disney, it's 17$ but there's several coupons in the back for extra things that happen at Disney. And you've got a nice guide book to Disney.
