Entertainment book discount Disney on ice...how?

I went to ticketmaster.com to check out prices for Disney on Ice 100 years of Magic and it offers a B1G1 free for Entertainment subscribers. It asks to enter a code/password, however; I went through my entire entertainment book AND entertainment.com and could find no such offer. Has anyone used this discount and, if so, where do I find the passcode? Thanks!

I have the central massachusetts copy and there is a coupon in it for B1G1.It is only good for Mon-Thurs matinee and evening as well as Friday matinee. My coupon says you have to turn it in at the box office however. try entertainment.com/hotline. good luck!
