Entertainment book/car rental question?

My sister has the new Entertainment coupon book for 2012. They have car rental coupons good for our spring break trip in April 2012. My question is do I have to use the entertainment site or the specific car rental site? Also could I just take the coupon or do I need the membership card too?

I used a entertainment coupon last year on our rental and never had to show any coupon. I just used the code that was within the book but they also have a site you can see the coupons on.
