Has anyone ever rented from Enterprise at MCO?

We are going 1/1 - 1/8 and it was substantially cheaper to rent from Enterprise than any other rental company.

Any reviews, good or bad?

TIA

Don't you work for either Enterprise or another brand owned by the same parent company?

AFAIK Enterprise is fine but people asking for opinions normally are looking for responses from customers and not from employees of that company.

Rental rates can be crazy. Sometimes one agency has low rates for no apparent reason.

I guess I should have asked for unbiased opinions.

Any of those out there?

I have to agree with gmeh1, Enterprise IS fine. The company seems to be seriously customer-centric and has recently made a practice of upgrading my vehicle size though I hold no special status with whatever their loyalty program is. If the price is right I think you'll be happy with Enterprise.

FWIW, I don't work for Enterprise or any other company in the travel industry. :)

Lewis, regardless of whom I work for, I am entitled to answer a question. IF the OP had asked for a recommendation for a rental car in general and I answered with "National, Alamo, or Enterprise" then I could understand your gripe, but since the question was asked as an opinion then I feel any member is entitled to answer.

The OP clarified and said he was asking for an unbiased opinion. I would have thought that goes without saying.

You're certainly entitled to answer a question. Just mention who you work for.

I have rented from Enterprises dozens of times and have always been pleased. They are usually very competitive and have offered outstanding customer service to us.
Unfortunately, for our upcoming trip, they have been coming in quite a bit more expensive for our trip this month. Not quite sure why, but it is what it is. ;)
I will continue to monitor prices up until we land, hoping to get Enterprise again.

I don't work for Enterprise...but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express...(don't work for them either. ;)...)

Most of the major agencies: Alamo, National, Enterprise, Hertz, Advantage, Dollar, Avis, Budget get relatively few complaints.

The real issue is with agencies like L&M and the offsite places like Payless.....

Lewis, I promise, I am totally unbiased when it comes to the Enterprise, Alamo or National brands. Like I said, bias would have come IF the OP had asked who is the better company at MCO and I popped in with one of the Enterprise Holdings brands. And, further, if she had asked who to avoid, I would not have commented because it would have shown bias against our competition.

Love it. No love on the transportation board. :rotfl2:

We rented a van from Enterprise at the end of October from MCO. Very friendly staff. No high pressure with the extras to purchase.
Checking out the vehicle was easy.
When we returned the van it was 5am and they had about 5 people checking vehicles back in and that went smoothly. I was a little worried due to the time of day that we were returning, but I was surprised.

I would rent from them again in a heartbeat.

Any codes for Enterprise for April yet? I do have one of their loyalty cards.

Thanks guys!

I actually got an email from Alamo for Insiders with a coupon and am now saving about $66 more dollars on the reservation.

Plus finding out that Alamo doesn't have a standard aisle so I can book at standard rate and get a full size helps too.

Thanks for all your help (everyone!).
