Entering Epcot at International Gateway early to do a tour

DH & I have an Around the World Segway tour booked and we have to meet at 9:15am. Can anyone tell me exactly where the group gathers (I was told near Spaceship Earth, but that's not really enough info).

Also, we're staying at the Beach Club, so we'll be entering through the Gateway, but I'm concerned that we'll be late for our 9:15 time if we enter at 9:00am (it's not an early entry day). Can you enter Epcot early if you have a tour booked????

You meet up for the tour at Guest Services at the side of Spaceship Earth. Not sure about the International gateway entrance but we entered at the main entrance at 8am for the 8.30am Segway tour. The CM's on the gate have a list of people booked on tours and priority seatings.

actually it's at guest relations. if you are entering from the International Gateway...walk towards spaceship earth and go to the RIGHT of it...as you cross under - there is a building on your right...that's guest relations. You have to sign the release form first...then your guide picks you up there.

yes - you can enter epcot early for the 9:15 tour. just use the entrance for those entering early for the storybook breakfast.

We did this in February. We walked from the Boardwalk Inn and entered through the International Gateway. They will let you in at that time. Walk towards Spaceship Earth and turn right - Guest Relations. If you don't see it, ask any CM - they will direct you.

Could any of you tell me what time we would be allowed to enter through the Gateway for the tour? I don't want to have to rush at all.

Would 8:40 be appropriate?

You can try to enter at 8:40, but it's a little early. If you are a good fast walker, you can make it from the IG to Guest Relations in 10 to 15 min., no problem. Don't panic if you get delayed, there are always a few late people for every tour.

Hey, did you ask about discounts when you booked it? If not, call back and ask if you can qualify for one. They give a discount for AP holders, Disney Visa & a few other things. Here is some info!

I got the AAA discount, thanks! I think we'll aim for 8:45 entry, just to be safe!
