Entering Epcot after 8:00?

On our arrival day we are eating at Ohanas at 6:30pm. I was thinking of going over to Epcot afterwards to watch Illuminations. Will we have trouble entering through Future World this late? I know some of FW is open after 7:00 but I've never gone to Epcot this late.

We entered Epcot last night at 8:30 with no problems. You will be fine.

Thank you for your replies, you'd think will all my trips I would know the answer.
I know we will need our tickets, got that covered, I just was not sure if there would be anyone at the turnstiles.

yes they will be there.

at the gates where you park your car - they will be gone.

but to let you in - they are still there. (otherwise you would get in free - Disney can't have that!!!)

I'm sorry I was not clear. We will be at the AK in the afternoon. We will be staying at the Poly. After resting and then eating dinner at Ohana I thought we'd just shoot over to Epcot to see Illuminations

Sounds like a great plan to me! I think it's kind of fun to ride the monorail after dark (assume that's how you are getting there and back).

I went to Epcot last night just for Illuminations and Skool Bread (and a beer during Illuminations)

Entered about 8:00pm, no parking fee (doesn't matter anyway as I have an AP) a nice CM who drove me to the main entrance in a golf cart and then breezed thru the turnstiles.

You will not be alone doing this and it's a nice way to end the day.
