So I have a CC on my account. I have double checked it, but everytime I make ADRs it asks for my CC and doesn't realize I have one on file. Any ideas how to fix this? thanks

I've had the same issue. Try the app if you are able to - my saved card always shows up.
I think you will have to save the CC info again in the app, but then it should work. If you can't use the app, you could give customer service a call.

Although I had my card saved on the WDW website, if I recall correctly, it did not show up as saved on the app when I installed it. So I added the card and haven't had any issues. You could definitely try deleting and re-adding. Maybe make sure the app is updated as well, in case it was a glitch they fixed. It's funny we are having opposite problems- that's technology for you!
I will try deleting and installing. My fear is if it doesn't work for dining it won't for ILL. The last thing I want to find out on day 1 we are there at 7am.
I kept thinking that too and kept re adding my credit card until I noticed in teensy tiny print a little pop up window with my stored credit cards . Try again ( with a magnifying glass) Kidding but it is small print
