Enrichment classes on the Dream?

I've heard about classes they offer in mixology, chocolate and liquor tastings, etc. but where do you sign up? Can you sign up in advance?

You can't sign up ahead of time. There will be information on where to go to sign up in the Navigator you get when you check in at the port. On the Dream, I think it's usually in the District, the adult bar area.

You have to sign up when you get on the ship the first day. We signed up at guest services.

Yes, go to sign up as soon as you board. I think the cost for mixology has gone up to $20/person now.
