He makes me laugh.

My DH tells me he's lucky to have me - I am the only one that will laugh at his jokes.

Not even sure where to start. My DH is so great. He is a wonderful father, very involved. He works 7 days a week on 3rd shift, so he gets OT and still has time to be with me and DD. Works OT so that we can save for WDW, Bengals games, new shoes and other 'fun' stuff. Most of all he is so funny! He makes me laugh everyday! I'm a very lucky girl.

His ethics and how good he is when people try to wrong him. After a big fight in our family, his mom tried to blame us because she knew she wouldn't get anywhere with the real culprits. He gave it right back to her. Every sentence made a point and at the same time ,he showed the utmost respect for his mother.

That and of course that he's a saint for putting up with me!

He's generous...sometimes to a fault.

He is loyal...he's the type of guy that you just KNOW would never be unfaithful.

He has always loved my family and fits in with them...when I was away for work once he spent TWO HOURS talking to my mom on the phone.

He is as crazy about animals as I am! His mom used to tell him "You'll never find someone to marry you if you keep kissing those dogs..." Well, he found me! lol

I dated way too many arrogant types...he's not like that at all!

He is very intelligent so we have the most interesting and in-depth conversations about everything. He values my opinion. He always supports me even when I do something stupid. He is a great Dad!

One of the best things- He HATES watching sports so I don't have to deal with that!

He never leaves any doubt, either with me or the rest of the world, that he adores me. He's very affectionate and to hear him speak I am Wonder Woman. My ex thought it was completely uncool to act like you even liked your wife and he thought insults were funny so this is a real change for me.

Other things I love: He's a hard worker, very generous and extremely intelligent. I didn't really believe in soul mates until I met him

She puts up with me. That alone vaults her into the "Mother Theresa" category. She's also a fantastic mom to our son. As much as I thought she was/is a great wife, she's an even better mother.

It is so interesting that this came up - I have been working on a present for DH for months and months. I have one of those pocket notebooks and I have been writing down things that I love about him. I am going to give it to him when I fill it up.
So, what do I love about him?
He is kind and considerate. He makes me laugh. He's a good husband to me and good father to our daughter.
He is a great cook!

There are so many things. These are just a few:

I know without a doubt that he loves me

I know he would never in a million years cheat on me

He would never spend a lot of money on anything without discussing with me first.

He would never make plans for us - or himself - without checking with me first. His buddies want to go to Vegas in June and he not only asked me if it was okay, but he's trying to plan it in such a way to be most convenient for ME.

I always know where he is and when he'll be home. I never asked him to do this - he just does it. And I like it. My stepfather never ever let my Mom know his schedule. He did what he wanted and when he wanted and I saw how difficult that could be.

Even though he's cheap (our realtor says he squeaks ) he would never deny me anything I wanted.

He loves my Mom and never says no when she wants to visit

He helped create our beautiful son

I love his sense of morality, his strength, the way he loves me unconditionally and his protectiveness of his family. He makes me feel totally safe.

Not to mention, he's hot.

It is so interesting that this came up - I have been working on a present for DH for months and months. I have one of those pocket notebooks and I have been writing down things that I love about him. I am going to give it to him when I fill it up.

I have an idea sorta like that.
I am going to buy a journal and then starting this Valentines Day, and every day from then on, I am going to write something in it for him. Either a little note to him or something I love about him or somthing special that he did for me that day. I will continue this every day and then give it to him next Valentines Day in 07 filled with a years worth of notes and memories.

I could just brag on my DH all day.

He has an English accent. My mother, my sister, and my daughter (his stepdaughter) adore him. My mom likes him better than any of her own kids.

He took a reflexology class and rubs my feet every night and gives the best massages. He talks to me--every day we have at least one long conversation and chit-chat the rest of the time. (That's important to me--I had to drag every sentence out of my ex.) He makes sure that dd and I are well taken care of--both financially and physically. He's learned to love to go to WDW. He helps around the house. He is so good to my daughter--he's her best pal and biggest fan.

I told you I could go on and on about how wonderful he is. Sorry if I was nauseating!
