2 adults in February. is 2 days enough. not staying onsite so no EP.

I personally think so. Of course it'll depend on what exact days you plan on going but my experience has been that two days for two adults is plenty. If you're trying to see every last single thing it may be more challenging, but I've never felt compelled to do that.. For me there's a lot of skippable stuff, but you might have a different perspective. You'll have a lot of fun either way!
