Actually I agree it is obnoxious, but from personal experience and reading the previous 5 pages on this thread, No Thank You just doesn't seem to work anymore.

Even at movie theaters, I get so sick of some high school aged kid trying to upsell and not taking no for an answer, and then acting like I'm the idiot for not wanting to save money.
