Does anyone know where i can watch English football on TV in the Kissimmee / Orlando area ? We're going on holiday at the end of September and i'd like to watch the England games v Macedonia (7th Oct) and Croatia (11th). Not sure what channel they will be on (Sky or BBC probably).

There are several places, there are a number of British themed pubs such as 'Rovers Return' & 'Coconut Willy's' & 'Harry Ramsbottom's' on the 192, 'Front Row' on I-drive also.

They definitely charge to get in at the Cricketer's.

try the espn bar ask them to put it on for you thin it would be no problem, they have plenty of screens

We are there at the same time maybe see you at the game lol.

Not sure whether I will watch them, we are only in WDW for a short time but my youngest son is already moaning about missing them, so may have a shopping afternoon and leave my wife at a shopping mall lol

Can you really ask the espn bar to put it on?

I am not sure, they tend to have Sky Sports News channel on, although they do not necessarily always have it on.

If the game is not on SKY I would be surprised if the game was televised over there, although I know some of the British themed pubs pick up the transmissions through Setanta Sports.

Aren't Setanta owned by ESPN? I seem to remember that when Setanta bought a premiership package it was headlined in some papers as Disney buying into soccer.

I really don't know mate - just I watched a Liverpool game Live last month and it was through Setanta.

Another good place to watch all soccer is the Best of British Soccer World pub on I-Drive (right opposite Ripley's Believe It Or Not). Otherwise known as Bob's Soccer World, it opened in April this year and is right on the end of a small shopping plaza, open from 8am-midnight (and later!) every day, with a full British menu and plenty of soccer memorabilia. Needless to say it is British run, and you can look up more at www.bobssoccerworld.com.

beef O bradys at the entrance to Vista Del largo (just next to JTs Prime Time) on west 192 great place ..2 large screens, loads of TVs with every other sport imaginable on, even in the Loos and great table service. I have watched a couple of champions leaugue games there ... watched a liverpool game and kept track of the Chelsea game on the other large screen ;) no cover charge for those games but England games may charge a cover fee?

there is another beef o bradys farther down the 27 too though I havent tried it I will be this year when Liverpool Play Galatasaray :)
