Engagement at Disney

I am planning a Disney Vacation for September, and planning on proposing in Disney. I love Disney, but the soon to be Fiancee has never been there!!! Any good ideas on where to propose, etc? I was thinkin about at the Grand Floridian with a private table on the balcony (own private butler, meal pre-selected etc. etc.) and then propose when wishes starts....

Anybody got anything better???? I want to do it the first day down so I have the whole vacation for us to enjoy!!!

That sounds wonderful! I got engaged right after Wishes and I will never forget it! Definitely do it at the beginning of the vacation so you have a lot of time to celebrate!

the onlt problem is I see it is gonna be hotttttt!!! It is gonna make for a LONG vacation then!!! But, I will be in Disney so I won't care!!!!

Make absolutely sure you tell every cast member you possibly can about wanting to propose!!!! If you tell the "right" people, they will make it unbelievably memorable and will "wow" both you and your fiancee!! For example, check out MY proposal story!

I was propsed to at CRT, they have a special engagement package, where the ring is delieverd on a covered white platter on a bed of rose petals with a glass slipper engraved with the question your names and the date, and in the center of the slipper is a baby rose bud with the rind on it. It was absolutly fantastic!

I think your idea is great, my DF proposed at GF he did it on the dock during wishes and it was amazing. the cm's at GF were lovely when we came back to our room after he did it (we had a little while to wait for our dinner reservations) they all cheered as we came back in and there was a bottle of champagne, a red rose, a white chocolate mickey surrounded by strawberries dressed in chocolate tuxedos and a card congratulating us - so yes make sure everyone knows so they make a fuss of both of you it made us feel really special.

My fiancee' proposed last September at the rose garden in front of Cinderella's castle. The cool part was that there was a photo pass person there, so we have pictures of the whole proposal to remember it by. I use them as part of my screen saver so get to remember that special moment everyday.
