Enforcing FP times on RSR?

I haven't heard that they are enforcing FP return times on other rides, but I wondered about RSR. Are they enforcing FP times there?

Sort of ..... You still cannot ride before the printed "Return Window" on the FP but they will allow you to ride any time after the return window expires
