Energy To Lose Weight?

How to yous all get the energy to even exercise. I feel so tired half the time. I have had both my hips operated on.(only 40)Luckly it wasn;t replacements, but the way things are going who knows.

Is there something on the market to help me get the energy. being around the 200lb mark. I don't have too much to lose. After seeing "The Biggest Loser" gives me energy until the next day.

HELP :confused3 What to do.
 
Have you tried walking for short amounts of time, maybe just 10 minutes for a few days or a week and slowly building up? I find that I'm tired for the first few weeks and I just have to do it. It's tough, I know.

Start slow like Jennz says. My mother who is 77 and has had both knees replaced bought a treadmill. She started doing 10 min at .5 miles per hour. She has now worked up to 30 min and 2 mph. She does let us get her a wheel chair when we are at WDW so she doesn't slow us down. We get it for her so she isn't up all night pacing because her legs are cramping.

Hope you acheive your goal. Post on the 150's board and we will offer lots of encouragement and try to keep you motivated to exercise and become a healthier you. You can post even if your goal is not to get down to 150.
 
1. Cut back on carbs,sugar,caffeine and get enough protein
2. Exercise to music or video or best- walk with a friend.
3. If you still can't get out of bed, ask Dr. about Welbutrin, an antidepressant that doesn't demolish libido and helps in weight loss by cutting stress snacking.

Going to try the Half-marathon this year. WDW is the only place i would try a half marathon!
