endless.com

Yes, I am very nervous about sizing but in the end decided to take the risk. I measured their feet as per the instructions on the website but I don't know how accurate that system is nor do they say how wide the shoes are. My girls have narrow feet so I know I'd better not get my hopes up. However, I was just busting to buy something online!! :lmao:

Agggh!! Three and a half weeks after I made my order, my Keen shoes arrived today... and they're both a different size and colour to what I ordered!!!

(Not via Endless.com so you ladies don't need to worry!)

Makes me so mad though that now I am likely to be more out of pocket, and whether I'll actually receive the shoes I need before the trip is starting to look doubtful!

Oh what a bummer Franrose - that really stinks! :sad2: I'm presuming Endless will at least send the sizes/colours that I ordered but it will be me who possibly ordered the wrong size who will get it wrong.

I had something delivered wrong size and colour before from Amazon, not shoes, and they just resent the goods and asked me to donate them to charity. The cost was too much to send back. They then sent the correct ones via courier. ETA: It was Amazon who made the mistake.

On sizing, I found the Tevas to be the same size for DD as Skechers. The only shoes I've really found a difference in is Clarks. I'm a 12 for everything both US and Australia, but in Clarks I'm an 11.

I was all set to buy some fit flopps -(you know I want those tight buns you are supposed to get after wearing these:thumbsup2)

I went down to foot locker to try some on (yeah, they love that!!:rotfl:) as my foot is quite narrow - Size 9 fits perfectly in length but they are too loose and my toes curl over trying to hang on to them, size 8 fits snugly but my heel is hanging over the back - I have this problem with a lot of shoes - especially thong types - so I will have to wait until I can buy in person - unless I find something with an adjustable band

They were $119 in foot locker - and $29 on endless - Who would ever buy them here!!! :confused3

I've had an email from the seller saying please post them back and we'll refund you (including shipping at your end). A pain that I will be out of pocket until they arrive back to them (because it will be a good six weeks by the time they get them back that I will have been out of pocket, and I may lose some to the exchange rate/credit card fees), but at least that means I can order with endless lol!! (And in fact, have already done so. ;) ) Woo!

I got my daughters a pair each the same as mine, I measured their feet. I am fairly confident that one of them at least will get full use of the shoes I've ordered (DD2 has quite narrow feet so they may suit her the best, so if they don't work so well for DD1 then DD2 will just have a size up for next year kwim). I also got DD2's school shoes for next year - for the first year of school here they wear navy crocs if they want. I'd rather pay $24 for crocs than $40 any day! (I'm sure they go on special here, but if I miss the specials I don't want to pay the bigger price!)

Still a bit disappointing these shoes aren't quite the right size, they're SO comfy! I'm sitting here typing away wearing one of them :rolleyes1 (As soon as I walk the size problem becomes apparent, but while sitting I can't tell! :rotfl:

uh oh I'm in so much trouble now...

thanks for sharing this site

how cute are these:

and these:

it's like all my favourites combined:)

I have bought a pair of the first ones for my daughter but I totally adore the bottom ones but they were nearly sold out of kids sizes (including the ones I would need). A pair for myself is tempting though:)

OMG
How dare they not be available in mine or DD's sizes. Sigh.

I really like these:

I emailed this store to find out if they could get some in (the Minnie/Mickey kissing) for my daughter, which they said they could (would take 6 weeks from Germany) but would have to pay full price which is $150. A bit much for kid's shoes which they grow out of in a season..

And back on endless how adorable are these:

My order of shoes from Endless should be here any day now and I'm freaking out with worry that they will not fit my girls as I've never bought shoes online before without trying them on !!! :scared1:

Are they there yet, are they there yet??

I erred on the side of too large, so that if they don't fit, they will eventually! :rotfl:

BTW, have you been following them via the tracking? Mine has stopped at LA (ie I have no new info since then) but has been fun seeing them go from KY, to OH (I think, from memory!) to LA!!

Oh Franrose, I never thought of following the tracking and have just checked it! How fun to see all the places they have been :thumbsup2 I see that the Wellington branch has them now so I expect they should arrive tomorrow :)

I just signed up with dhl au for SMS/text messages for my parcel - bet you could do that with the nz branch too - and two minutes ago I got a message to say my shoes just cleared customs! I did it so I'd get a text when they go "out for delivery" so I can hurry home lol!!!

(This is SO different to waiting four weeks! Even if they do tiki-tour past Disney lol!)

In fact, it's 10.20 here and I can hear a van pulling up somewhere on the road outside and I'm thinking, "is that my shoes?". :rotfl:

Yippee, the courier dropped the shoes off this morning before school so DD10 and DD6 were still here and could try their Teva sandals on! Width wise they are great but both are a bit long - just a bit for DD6 and quite a bit for DD10. However, they both love them and they don't seem to have any problem walking in them so they are determined to wear them on holiday which is great! :cool1: The Bass sandals that DD13 chose said they were a narrow fit (which was fine because she has narrow feet) and they are not wrong! We are the same size and I thought I too had narrow feet however, although I can squeeze my foot into them, they are too tight to be comfortable! So it will be interesting to see how they fit her when she gets home from school today :scared1: but, hopefully if she wears them around the house with socks for the next few weeks, she might be able to stretch them a bit?
