Ending of ER last night?

Help! I missed the last five minutes of ER last night.....could anyone tell me what happened? Did Kim hold the baby before they took it away?

Yes, it ended with her taking the baby in her arms, hugging him and crying.

Did you see Abby making it just in time for her graduation? Afterwards they showed her looking inside the diploma holder (sorry, I'm sure there's probably a really sophisticated name for it -- but I don't know what it is!) and instead of a diploma there was a notice that said "pending". Abby is one of my favorite characters and I just wish they'd let her be happy for a change!!!
