Hey guys...through a series of circumstances we had to reschedule our June trip to WDW. We were orginally booked to stay at a 1 bedroom at BCV. When I had to call and reschedule our trip, there were no vacancies at BCV. With the gentle advising of a wonderful CM, we decided we would stay at the BC Concierge level.
I am really getting excited as we have about 3 weeks before our trip (first WDW trip). I was just wondering if you guys could give me some info on what exactly to expect on concierge level? Someone mentioned a schedule of snacks/food. Is there a site I can go to and get more info? I wondered what kind of food is there and also about beverages. Do they always have bottled water/sodas available or do we need to rent a refrigerator to keep things in?
Also, who is Amy I keep reading so much about? Do I need to call her? I got a letter in the mail a few days ago that had an access key(card) enclosed, but nothing else in the way of schedules. Also, do we tip the concierge CMs? If so, how much? And how much for the housekeepers?
One other question, are towels provided for the pool (SAB) or do we need to bring beach towels?
