As Liv mentioned, it came from the Guntersville GG. Frank couldn't remember my wife's name. He said he didn't know her name, but he knows it's not Cindy. So, she became "It's Not Cindy".
Frank also had a hard time with Vicki's husband Art's name. He thought it was Leonardo! Or as Frank pronounces it....Leon-Art-O.
And for the record, my DW's name is Christy.But she will answer to It's Not Cindy.

But, sure hope the wire goes through today so I can finalize the deal. I'm sure he wants to get on his way (he's hanging around here in a hotel). And we are supposed to leave tomorrow for a family reunion, so we sure want it finalized. 
Unfortunately, BOTH of our banks are having systems issues! Don't know whether it's a bizarre coincidence, or has something to do with solar flares, or what?
Sorry everybody...was going to post an update when everything was all done. BUT, it ain't over yet. My buyer came Monday and inspected everything, which went well. No problems, and he decided to move forward. So first thing yesterday morning his wife initiated the wire transfer from Canada. Unfortunately, BOTH of our banks are having systems issues! Don't know whether it's a bizarre coincidence, or has something to do with solar flares, or what?
Fingers are crossed that I can report back later today that it's done.
