We are going at the end of January. Do you think all of HS will be crazy busy or do you think it will be relatively contained to SWGE?

I would say DHS overall will be more crowded than you might be used too. SWGE only has so much capacity and people will need to go elsewhere so I expect an increase at the park overall.

I'm kind of hoping that people will do SWGE and then leave. HS is not our favorite park but Toy Story wasn't open last time we were there so we will want to see that area and obviously if we can get near SWGE that will be awesome...a little worried about how quickly FPs will disappear and how they will be tiered.

Attendance is anticipated to be up at ALL the parks, not just DHS. SWGE is going to have limited capacity and it would be totally reasonable for them to tightly control access to that area for the first few months - meaning that lots of people are going to be turned away due to capacity and they will have to go SOMEWHERE. Some will filter into DHS only, but others will funnel to the other 3 parks.

Well obviously SWGE FPs will be the most desired so others may be easier to get.

I feel you. Our last visit was before TSL opened, so that's the main thing we want to see at HS. We go middle of January. If it's still a complete madhouse, we'll just skip.
