Can anyone comment if it’s miserably hot on the upperdecks while docked? Example we plan on embarking eating at cabanas. I believe there is indoor and out seating. Will noon outside be miserable on Aug?

If it is a typical August day, then you will find it pretty hot in the sun at port. There is not typically a lot of breeze up on deck when the ship is still in port. You will find a similar situation in Nassau. The ship won't start moving until 4:30 - 5:00 so it will be hot. Also, typically in August, thunderstorms start moving ashore in the early to mid-afternoon on most days. Although brief, they can be intense. You will also find that on the sun-side of the ship, waiting in lines for the safety drill can be uncomfortably hot and humid.
