I have a question, Can you enter more then one card on the account when you get home? My mom and I will probably be splitting up sometimes- me with one kid, her w/the other... Or do all the photos have to be on one card?

You can enter more than one card on the account--even if you are in a group. I ended up with 3 cards last year and was able to enter them all with no issues.

I think 9-5 arrival would be okay, but I wouldn't want to add anyone earlier than that. Is anyone else arriving Sept 5 or later and back in time for upload/editing completed by Oct 1st and want to join us?

I read another post that suggested having everyone upload photos on a different day to keep families together and think we should plan on that (apparently they are displayed by upload date). I will split each family out and send you just your pictures so we all end up with what we would get if we had bought our own--just for less $ and then no worries about who has copies of your photos. It will also reduce our cost since I doubt the entire groups photos will fit on one CD.
