I'm really leaning toward signing up for my first marathon in November. Had not planned for this until spring, but if I can tick off 15 miles on any given day with no problems another runner told me I'd have no trouble getting ready in 12 weeks.
Regularly aim for an average of 10 miles a day, sometimes more, sometimes less. Not accustomed to days off, although I see that is part of the package in training.
Any opinions?
