Enchanting Extras Missing

While I get transferred a million times and wait on hold for an hour, are enchanting extras missing for anyone else this morning? Most of my enchanting extras have disappeared from my itinerary.

Just got off the phone with DIsney and the CM said it is a known glitch this morning. She actually read back all of my events to me and none were missing. I just hope they show up before our trip so I don't accidentally book a fastpass over them.

I haven't been able to book ours for length of trip this week either...just exactly 60 days from the current date.

Maybe call disney about that as that doesn't sound right and you should have the ability to book them all. Thankfully my enchanting extras have all showed up now.

If you are DVC (I think I've seen you post in those forums) did you remember to link the reservation to your MDE?

I've called so many times and no one seems to be able to fix it, they just pass my call back and forth to different people. Their solution was to just call if I want to book or modify anything which is such a pain. Seems like a lot of glitches lately.

Thanks, but yep, I linked it in MDE...they even unlinked it and relinked it for me and still nothing. It's so frustrating!

Where they able to book what you needed? Worried this will not be fixed when my 60+10 is here next month. Will be trying for R&C fireworks and I know that book out
