Enchanted Tales with Belle or something else?

I have a FP to see Belle but I have been checking wait times the last week or so and it seems like the wait rarely gets over 20 min, especially late in the day when we plan on going. Can anyone confirm this? Belle is a must do for DD but I hate to waste a FP. Also, we did FP for this last year and ended up waiting quite a long time anyway. If we change it, it would probably be to meet Ariel or for Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin. Our other two FP are for 7Dwarfs & meeting cinderella/elena.
