Enchanted Evenings...anyone done it?

In the midst of all my researching for our Honeymoon/Birthday trip, I found the Enchanted Evenings package. Has anyone done it? It seems like it would be fun, and since there are MVMCP's four nights out the the seven I am there I figured it would be an easier way to get to see HEA without waiting for hours for a good spot and being crammed in with everyone, and I always wanted to try a dessert party! It looks like it comes with special Magic Bands and luggage tags, and a special treat, but also states it may not be available for International guests (technically coming from Canada Im guessing this would be considered international).

If anyone has done this, does this prevent you from getting regular Magic bands, or would these be in addition? I really wanted special Bride and Groom Magic Bands, so this might be perfect!!
