EMSP 9 or 11 pm? which one?

Just how much of a difference is there in the size of crowds for a 9pm vs. a 11pm EMSP?

Which would you prefer? I won't be having a FP for this.

The later one will almost certainly be less crowded. Impossible to quantify in any meaningful way by how much.
